    pace tonight though)

  • I have a problem with exercising very inconsistently. I hope this helps me work out more regularly.

    03/03: 80 mins (4 miles WATP tape, pilates)
    03/04: 110 mins (4 miles WATP tape, stability ball wkt, walked dogs)
    03/05: 30 mins (walking the doggies)
    03/06: nada
    03/07: 30 mins (2 miles WATP tape)
    03/08: 50 mins (3 miles walking around track)
    03/09: very sore calf, rest day
    03/10: still bothering me, another rest day for my calf
    03/11: 30 mins (walking the doggies)

    3/8 (Mon): 40 minutes Power Yoga + 20 minutes abs
    3/9: 60 minutes strength training + 50 minutes running
    3/10: 60 minutes of fumfering through a new step DVD
    3/11: 40 minutes of step DVD from yesterday (I think I get most of it!) + 60 minutes volleyball
    3/12: 45 minute run + 20 minutes Abs + 50 minutes step - I got it!

    This is really helping me fight that urge to skip the workout...and I highly recommend getting workout videos or DVDs - I find that when I just can't face the trek to the gym or a run in the cold - I'm almost always able to pop one in and get going.

    March 1 - 5 hours raking, stooping, lifting... yard work - I do have blisters from raking so much
    March 2: light house work/laundry 1 hr.
    March 5: painting walls in house, cleaning windows - 2 hrs
    March 7 - yard work, digging; planting, laundry, cleaning - 8 hrs!
