March Into March Exercise Challenge

March 1- 0 March 2- 40 minutes treadmill ( 3 minutes running ) March 3- 55 minutes treadmill ( 4 minutes running) March 4-120 minutes skiing March 5- too sore to exercise today March 6- 90 minutes of dancing 41 minutes on the treadmill (had to get the 2 miles in a little slower pace tonight though) March 7- 40 minutes treadmill March 8- rest March9- 40 minutes treadmill March 10- March 11-50 minutes treadmill March 12- March 13-90 minutes dancing March 14- 120 minutes dancing. running total for march- 426 minutes :cheer: |

I have a problem with exercising very inconsistently. I hope this helps me work out more regularly. :dizzy:
