Question about Cream
 

I am REALLY trying to enjoy my one or two cups of coffee (decaf) a day with low fat milk but it is SOOOO yucky. Will I be really stalling my weight loss if I continue to use a couple of tablespoons worth of cream a day? Please tell me it won't hurt that much - it is the one thing that is bothering me with the SBD.

Slim, it's a nono, but I do it occasionally, too. I don't think it'll kill you if it's the only thing you're cheating on. :)

Or buy canned evaporated milk - the low fat kind. It's creamier! And then there's powdered creamer which is OK if you like it.

Ellis, it definitely is the only thing I am cheating on - I did have a cup of coffee today with cream - 1 Tbsp only. Ruth, thanks for the suggestion, I will try evaporated milk - I owe it to myself to at least try it right. What type of powdered creamer? I thought that would be worse than real cream - doesn't it have sugar & fat in it?

Coffeemate Light is OK
