Feb 8 - 25 min bike; 15 min weights
Feb 9 - Rest
Feb 10 - 30 min elliptical; 15 min weights
Feb 11 - 20 min tread; 10 min elliptical; 15 min weights
Feb 12 - Rest



I have to break the knee in easy. I started to feel a little pain and thought I might should go easy the first day or two back walkin.
Or maybe I'm just a weenie and that is my excuse!
