Some SBD questions

How much weight did you lose in the first two weeks? Can I remain on the phase one longer than 2 weeks to lose some weight faster? Can I do this while I am nursing a baby?

Dr A approves of Phase TWO while nursing, with the approval of your own doctor. You can still lose weight on Phase 2, Phase 1 is just a jumpstart to help with carb cravings.

I would definitely check with a medical professional first. Nursing babies needs lots of nutrients, etc. Ask a nutritionist, too. Good luck, and welcome!!
