Just beginning

HI,

I am starting today......... can I drink fat free, no sugar added hot chocolate? And.... what about pop corn? Everyhting else seems fine.... thanks, Joyce

Umm, I've had the occasional SF/FF hot chocolate, but I wouldn't make a habit of it.
