Stomach Burn!!!
Since I started on Phase 2, Monday, I have noticed my stomach keeps burning...and gets a little crampy. The only thing I have really added back in is fruit. Strawberries, Apple and Grapefruit are the things I have had. Tonight was the Grapefruit and it is killing me.
Have any of you veterans experienced this??? Seriously thinking about going back to Phase 1 foods but adding more calcium. I still haven't gotten around to trying my oatmeal, but will in the morning as it is a slow day around here. TIA! :flame: |
