Tuesday Beach Chat
I get the feeling that someone else is starting a chat right now. I'll delete this if so.
If not... GOOD MORNING! |
Good Morning  Big storm coming and people are nuts...buying up all the bread and milk etc...You would think we live in florida and not New England! Lik \e they have never seen snow before!! Do people think they are going to be snowed in for days??? Jeeeeez.
Fell off the SB wagon but have not gained. Doing my best to regain the lost ground! Have a super day  |
Morning Elllis I was going to start but thought the same thing. Is it cold up your way again. It is bitter again here. I will be glad when things warm up the end of the week. I have my housework done and I am sitting down with a hot cup of Tim's tea and waiting for the rest of my wee ones to show up.
|
morning Sflake guess we were posting at the same time. Need a hand to get back on the wagon. :high: People sure do get crazy when the weather man mentions a storm. Have a good day and get to the store to buy your milk but no bread. ;)
|
Slept until 7:20 after a late rehearsal. Did an important post. Got pissed off at the Oreo post and then read it and roared. You chicks are nuts!
Need to do coffee, the stove and the Girls. Harry is still zzzzzing, of course. Back later once the world here starts to turn. |
morning Ruthie, get your coffee and some heat then you will feel better. ;)
|
I hope you don't mind if I join in. This board is so helpful & fun.
sflake, I live in New Hampshire so I can relate. Was just at the grocery store and everyone was going on & on about the snow. I'm excited, its been a while since we've had some good snow! I need to bundle up my little one and get out & vote this morning. Otherwise, another long winter day at home. I made it through phase 1, day 1 and feel so great. You'll get right back on track, too. It took me from Jan 1 til now to start again. Anne |
Good Morning!!!! :grouphug:
We're still snowed in but thankfully most of the freezing rain missed us, at least so far. :lucky: My oldest woke up during the night w/ a tummy ache, sick on his stomach. Sigh. He's 10 and requires alot more "pampering" when he's sick then his baby sister. Since I'm stuck at home today, I'm going to do my TaeBo tape again. Even though I couldnt keep up, I love it!! I definitely dont get bored, lol. (I still want a treadmill though!) Anyways, eating OP is so hard when youre stuck in the house!!! Everyone has been wanting snacks 24/7 and expecting me to fix them. :rollpin: Why cant they understand I dont need any temptations!!! Ellis, good morning to you too! I hope you stay nice and warm today! Sflake, I so know what you mean about the milk and bread, lol. I hope yall dont get hit too hard by the storm!! LittleChick, tea sounds nice and cozy. I also did my housework yesterday! ;) Talk to you soon guys!! Traci |
Evidently I am a slow typer!!!
Morning Ruth, Morning Less!!!! :grouphug: |
Anne, this chat is for everyone! Come on in. :) Enjoy your snow.
My blessed Mother is NOT going to the Y today, so guess what!? Neither is Ellis! No comments, please. I'm so excited... I can stay home and have a coffee. Three coffees. Traci, I hope your little one isn't too sick. :( Thanks for your prayers, hon. :grouphug: Yes, Little Chick... it's darned cold. What a surprise. -32C with the windchill. It's supposed to start warming up this week. Stay warm, hon! Enjoy your Tim's. :D Sflake, do you think we can EVER get back on track?! I just want to eat! Wow, Ruth, you really slept in! You're having rough rehearsals, huh? Love and hugs, sweetie... :grouphug: Back later... |
Happy Tuesday!
Good Morning Chickies! ;)
Yup..the snow's on it's way...the grocery store will be jam packed...but I bet I'll be the only one stocking up on fresh fish and brocolli! Funny how a little snow makes people go nuts....like you couldn't survive on the plethera of canned goods and peanut butter stashed in the cupboard for a day! I started Pase 2 yesterday...but was afraid to have any carbs! LOL.... But this morning I decided to forego the poached eggs & make a little breakfast parfait out of the new low carb yogurt (very good by the way), some fresh blueberries & a sprinkle of grapenut cereal between the layers...it was very tasty...however, here it is 8:29 am and I am STARVING!!!! The eggs seem to hold me until lunch! I am thinking about eating my roasted chicken I brought for lunch NOW! Has anyone else found that this has happened to them? And can I eat eggs everyday w/o fear of cholesterol issues? I think I have issues... LOL  Well..just some thoughts...other than that I feel fabulous with this WOE, and people are beginning to comment that they notice the loss (10 lbs from phase 1). :D Have a wonderful day, everyone! Jan |
Back again this is great I never get to come back here so often. I did have breakfast though an omlette with ham, onions, green peppers, mushroom and some mozza cheese. The scales have been staying the same for the last week or so I think that I am not eating enough :dizzy: sounds crazy but I think that it is true.
Gavins mom I know what you mean about the snacks and the family thing. But I have stopped bring that stuff in the house. Other than gronala bars but I don't like them. I have bought sf ice cream and frozen yogurt and other than that they have to eat fruit and veggies and once in awhile I will make low fat muffins. They had a terrible few weeks but it is getting better. I told them simply that if it is not good for me then it is not good for you. Even the ones that I babysit are having healthy lunches and snacks. The parents are loving it. They do have popcorn once a week. I hate that day because I love popcorn. |
morning Jan. Good luck on phase two I know what you mean about the eggs holding you over. I added back cereal for breakfast but today I went back to the eggs.
|
Geez, I turn my back for a sec and you guys go nuts! I almost started the daily when I was here earlier but didn't have anything to say! Now Ellis, no comments from the peanut gallery!
More bad weather coming our way...so what else is new? :dizzy: I remember the only time in recent history when we were really snowed in...it was the my "due date" with my youngest! There I was, big as a house, and my DH was worried sick I would go into labor and deliver at home! Our neighbor across the street left his car in the middle of the road right in front of our driveway because he couldn't get up his own drive! You would have thought he robbed a bank the way my DH reacted! It was comical, that is for sure. Thankfully our youngest had the good sense to wait until the weather improved. Or more likely, he decided to make me as miserable as humanly possible. Ten pounders will do that do ya! Traci, hope your son feels better soon. I'm not sure what is worse...a sick kid or being sick yourself! Jan, I can totally relate to being hungry if I don't get a good enough breakfast. If I don't have some protein in the morning I actually wake up (I work nights/sleep days) ravenous halfway through the day. I have found that a bowl of steel cut oats or hot mixed grain cereal with a spoon of peanut butter stirred in does the trick as well as eggs. And when it is cold I just love having my hot cereal in the morning. Very cozy. Less, all eyes are on New Hampshire today, huh? Personally I am more interested in the Oscar nominations, but that is a result of living with a politically involved DH....I just shrug my shoulders and nod my head! Little Chick, I applaud your dedication to getting all the "junk" out of the house! We do pretty well, but my DH does still buy some stuff I would rather he didn't. But I can't really complain too much as he also makes sure I have lots of good, OP foods to eat and does the majority of the cooking. So I guess it is a tradeoff? Gotta run...I only had the one night off so it is back to the grind for me tonight. Means I have one day to do twice as much work as usual around here. We are going out of town for the weekend and of course the prep works falls to me. Oh well. Like I said, it's a tradeoff! Cheers, chickies...stay warm, safe, and happy! :grouphug: |
Good morning everyone! We are bracing for the storm also. I live in Mass but we are close to Rhode Island so we expect to get the brunt of the storm. Made my treck to the grocery store this morning....bought milk (no bread) and some ingredients to make a nice pot of hot soup with beef and cabbage for dinner tonight - yum!
I already notified everyone that our Florist shop will be closed tomorrow--will need to send all orders out today.....I had to deliver two dozen latex balloons in the big snow storm we had in December when we got 2 ft of snow. Don't want to repeat that one!! :fr: Hope everyone on the East coast stays safe! Be talking to you from home! |
Well, our weather peredicters failed again!! We were supposed to be in trouble by late afternoon yesterday, but it has FIZZLED. Then freezing rain overnight...NADA. It was sleeting this morning while DH was cleaning off his car, and snow is supposed to start within the next few hours. That MIGHT be true because the kids DID have school this morning. Nothing like bad weather right when the kids have to be picked up!!! THEN they had the nerve this morning to say they had called it RIGHT because the path of the storm was moving from west to east!!! YEESH!!!
|
There go those silly weather people again, DEN!!!! ;)
The same seather system Whooshed through here last night.....they predicted lots........and we got very little! I should forget the weather report, I guess! :dizzy: I've got a busy day ahead of me Chickies..... Beginning my cleaning in the Storage room downstairs, and then meeting my SIL for lunch. I haven't seen her for a while, so we will probably end up talking for hours! :o Lots of fun getting caught up! Well, hope the winter storms don't hit any of you hard. Just brace yourself....Spring is coming sooner or later! :D Hugs to all....... :grouphug: Sharon |
Meanwhile, I live in NYC and people are raiding the grocery stores - which NEVER close, even in large storms. So, go figure.
This is my first full day on the beach. I started yesterday afternoon. I guess that really makes today day 1. I had eggs for breakfast (poached) and have stocked up on chicken, tuna, salad etc. Sadly, I can't stop thinking about bread. This will pass, right (panicking)? Right now, I want a bread sandwhich with bread in the middle. Haven't been able to work out today, because I am home with 5-month-old baby and it's freezing out. *Sigh* I am waiting for my new exercise DVD's to arrive... Anyone else just starting out?? |
Hi Daisy....
...and this, too, shall pass... You WILL stop the bread cravings...we've all been thru it...hang on for a few more days & they will go away...trust me... I started the SBD on the 8th of January...had the cravings for a few days, but then was OK...just don't let yourself get hungry..I think that's key. Have some ham or turkey & drink, drink, drink! (Water that is!) Good luck! Jan ;) ---------------- Start weight: 163...Current weight: 153..Goal: 138 |
Daisy,
I'm right there with you! I've done this before so I know the cravings will pass...not only am I craving a bread sandwich right now, but also some doughnuts, cookies, hf sundae, anything sweet!! After the 3rd or 4th day it does get easier. Today is day 2 on phase 1 for me. You have a 5 mo. old - wow you're busy right now. Mine is 5 years, seems like he still is 5 mos. old it has gone by so fast. Good luck with the exercise. Anne |
Hey guys-
Well, we did not get our keys to our house yesterday and probably won't till the end of the week. I pretty much blew my cork on these people and let them have it cause I had time off as well as dbf that we really could not afford just so we could get moved..... I am so angry over it but not much I can do about it except continue to go postal on them for dropping the ball and turning a one week extension into 3. You would think that these people would want to serve us little people better considering that we as consumers are the ones feeding their fat paychecks buy purchasing houses etc....! DBF treated me yesterday to my all time favorite chinese restaurant. I was so stressed that I orded my favorite, did not taste good, did not even look good! What a waste of money. Sadly now my taste buds have changed for the better and I ended up throwing away over half of the meal and coming home to eat legal foods. My dbf had the same problem, just could not stomache it. Last night checked out a different grocery store and we are talking low carb heaven! Any product you want, they almost always had a low carb version. :D I bought some low carb yogurt to try- oh YUM! Not much else going on, we are supposed to get cold weather to starting tonight, it is raining right now though. Everyone stay safe and warm and I will try and get back on later after swim class tonight to get caught up. |
Hey chickies!!
Oh, gosh this weather. I can't take it. Much more of this, and I swear, I'm moving to Florida. No not really, but it sounds nice, doesn't it? :flow2:
Got a call Thursday from an ex-boyfriend who's there. We ended badly a few years ago, but I was feeling all nice towards him when he called anyway. I swear cancer is great for getting in touch with long lost friends and enemies. I got calls from not one, but TWO exboyfriends on Thursday. I'll be seeing Florida-boy at a wedding in May-that should be inspriration to lose weight. He's dating a 20 year old, for Christ's sake. Oh dear. Franny, your last week's Friday Follies had me absolutely tied in knots with laughter, so much so, I couldn't even respond. GavinsMom, my folks are snowed in, they live about 20 min outside Chapel Hill, so no plows for awhile. How are you hanging in there? Good news! Yesterday was my LAST of "real" chemo!!! :spin: :dancer: :goodvibes: :cb: :dancer: :grouphug: :cp: Now it is just another 40 treatments of weekly Herceptin, continuing next week; and then 6 weeks of DAILY radiation beginning in March. But this should be cake ( Freudian slip  ). I am so happy, I got big hugs from my doctor and nurses. They want me to come to a big Young Survivors thing this week because they think I'll be inspiring! How nice is that? :goodvibes: Both because I did so well in chemo, and because I am one of only a few of her patients who was able to successfully freeze embryos (another long, funny, interesting story for another day) in case this menopause is permanent. AND I lost SIX POUNDS! I'm so thrilled especially since last week I was so "off" from chemo, I couldn't really eat on schedule, and I wasnt' up for exercise, and I spent most of the week sitting on my duff studying and surfing!! So this is inspiration. As soon as I post this, I'm going to just do a little yoga to build up, then I have to go to my bar review class. But I will have yummy chili waiting for me in my NEW crockpot. I'm looking through the glass lid, is it normal that the edges are looking a bit burned? I turned it down to like 250. Then I'm just going to turn it all the way down to warm while I'm gone. What do all you real cooks think? AND yesterday was my first day in Phase 2!! :cp: I added 1 large tangerine called a Honeybell. A friend sent me a whole BOX of them last week, and I resisted until yesterday. So this week, I"m just going to add one a day. Maybe have oatmeal for bfast once this week. I want to take it slow. I made a beefed up batch of quiche cups to get me through. January- the same thing happens to me- yogurt and fruit in the AM sure is tasty, but only gets me through for a very short time. Eggs really do it for me. My dad swears (and he loves to read up on this stuff! :mag: ) that all that stuff about eggs being evil has been debunked. According to the SBD book, they raise good and bad levels of cholestrolol (sorry cannot spell  )simultaneously. I am not sure however, if that is good or bad if you have already have a prob with the bad stuff. Hmmm. a doctor question maybe? O damn, so much for exercise. I just got a phone call...my roomie and I went out for dinner last week and entered a Chinese New Year Contest. SHE won a trip to San Francisco!!! Of course, she's taking her BF, not me :( , but still, I'm sooo happy for her. :dancer: Wow, what a day, I'd better take off if I'm going to make class and pick up a salad before hand. See ya'll later!!! And thanks for keeping me on track this past week or so, and for the recipe ideas. :thanks: Oh, and can I say how much I'm loving my ad-free forum. SOOOO much better, I rec it to all! |
Ok, forget it, I'm going to the night class.
DaisyNYC- HI  from another NYC'er!! On those cravings, you WILL make it. Somebody posted somewhere that the cravings really are like a form of withdrawl. Thinking of it like that really helped me. Also, just a warning, I had wicked headaches :headache: for a few days, I think others did, too. If you can stick it out, you'll be fine. :cheer: I'm no expert, but I just started Phase 2, and I'm not really having any of the wonky :dizzy: and overwhelming cravings of the first week- which was not fun. Can I ask where you're doing your shopping? I'm on the UWS in grocery store heaven, but I have to say, I'm sick of having to go to Zabar's, Fairway, Westside, and Gristides to really get everything I want. Where are you having luck? If you're not, and are close enough to the UWS, I can give you an idea of who's got what. Ok, gotta go : :tape: Maybe I'll go to the gym :tread: hmmmm. Wish me luck ladies! |
Digging out
Um, 2 1/2 hours to get to work today (normally takes 30 minutes). Hate that!!! The roads were packed with cars so the plows couldn't get through. I love Chicago!!!
Weight loss seemed to have stalled - not sure why, but both the husband and I have been stalled for about 4 days. I started taking Xenical again (it's a fat trapper) to see if it would assist. I tried taking it before new WOE and it was hardly making a dent in the pizza, fried chicken, french fries and burgers. So I wonder if it will help now. Tried my peanut butter balls made with the whey protein powder - gross. Lisa - tried that Jeff's Diet Chocolate Soda. Gross!! You must be thinking of something different or your taste buds are very different than mine. Hope everyone stays warm and has a great day. I'm ready to be done with this snow!!! |
GOOD AFTERNOON!!
Sorry Ruth :o ...Made ya look at the oreo post,,,Bwahahahaha :s: ;) ;) Ya'll will be happy to know that a cold front blew through last night and it was 22 degrees this morning! :fr: I believe the high is only in the 40's today, it's really not that bad because the sun is blaring...I have been comfortable in sweats and a nice fluffy sweat shirt all day. You gals keep warm and best of luck on the storm blowing through!!! We might see some of that...I heard possibility of snow early next week...but who knows, it will be 60 this weekend. Ellis...good for you for exercising! even if you are taking a day off today. I really need to start, but haven't been motivated enough yet to do it...focusing right now on the change in eating. January - I am like you...afraid to introduce new foods! I did have an apple and was going to have oatmeal for breakfast, but ran out of time and had to get my son to his wildlife class this morning. Frannie...what are steel cut oats??? I went to Whole Foods yesterday looking for steel cut and all the had were bins of rolled oats and I think I saw Old Fashioned?? No steel cut..and this was a health food store. I did get spaghetti squash...can't wait to try that. Welcome Daisy! Yes, like Lisa said...watch out for the headaches! I had one for 3 days..but now all is good. 1busymomma - sorry about the house!! Same thing sorta happened to us...we were suppose to close on Thursday, had the movers come, the trucks were loaded and we were suppose to close and then come and let them in...didn't happen! The lady who bought our house was moving in that day, so we had no where to stay..we kept the stuff on the truck for a day, rented a hotel room and tried again on Friday..they still had it screwed up!!! I had my movers, and a furniture delivery truck waiting at the new house!! I was livid...went and found the guy who oversaw the building of our house and got his key...HA! So there!! So, we moved in :D Like they could stop us?? The mortgage company wasn't happy, but at this point I did not care...they made sure they had the papers ready for us bright and early Monday morning. Good Luck to ya! luckylisa....congrats on the crockpot! take the lid off and give it a stir, if is too thick, add a bit of water, it will be fine. Congrats also on no more chemo :D I am sure you will breeze through the rest!!! and...congrats on the 6 pounds!!! I think that is all...if I forgot anyone ...sorry, catch ya next time! Still leary of adding foods...do you know how many carbs oatmeal has??? like 27! isn't that alot? I bought strawberries, yum..having some of those later. I am thinking about going to ww saturday..I bought a bunch of coupons and didnt use them and can join for free til the end of january, so I can go for about 10 weeks for free basically. Since I am starting Phase 2, I thought I should go just so I will be more aware of portions and stuff..I really dont want to do anything stupid and jeopardize the 13lbs I already lost. Okay, now that is all!! Take it easy!!! |
Hey pebbles, funny you should mention the chocolate soda! I found it in the grocery I tried the other night- most of the place sucked, but they did have diet chocolate soda. Canfield's I think. I haven't tried it yet, since my new favorite after-dinner sweet drink is Dr. Brown's Diet Black Cherry Soda. Yummy!!
Sorry about the storm. O please, no, don't let it hit us. Chazmom- steel cut oats are also known as Irish-style oats. You might be able to find them in the regular grocery with the regular oatmeal, under the brand name McCann's. I was able to find those easily even in NC. But be warned, they are very different than regular oatmeal, very chunky, almost nut like, and it takes a while to cook. My favorite oatmeal is by a company called Old Essex Ltd. They make several kinds, but my fave is the Scottish Style Thick and Chewy (or something like that). I am able to find these in the regular store here in NYC and also when I lived in Boston. My parents can sometimes find them at their regular grocery store, and at Whole Foods in NC. Hope that helps. We LOVE our oatmeal in my family. See ya'll later  |
Here's a little primer on stell cut oats I found at Cook's Thesaurus:
steel-cut oats = Irish oats = Scotch oats = pinhead oats = coarse-cut oats = steel-cut oatmeal = Irish oatmeal = Scotch oatmeal = pinhead oatmeal = coarse-cut oatmeal = porridge oats = porridge oatmeal Notes: These are groats that have been chopped into small pieces. They're chewier than rolled oats, and grain aficionados often prefer them for hot oatmeal cereals and muesli. Substitutes: rolled oats (less chewy, takes less time to cook) OR whole oat groats (takes much longer to cook) My grocery store carries them in the health food isle...Red Mill is the brand and they come in a plastic bag instead of the cardboard box you may be used to. I like regular oatmeal, but prefer the steel cut as they are chewier and have a nutty taste. They do take about 20 minutes to cook so I usually cook a large batch and then put individual servings in small containers for later in the week. Works like a charm! Anyway, just thought I would chime in on the great oatmeal debate! Lisa, congrats on finishing your chemo! :bravo: That is so cool that your doc wants you to join the young survivors group...I'll bet you'll be a great inspiration to the entire group! I mean, we all think you're pretty inspiring! As far as your chili in the crockpot, it sounds fine. I do notice that since the heat is coming from the sides the edges cook faster and look more cooked. But I have never burnt anything in the crockpot...not even sure it's possible! Well, I did leave some chicken wings on high for too long...put they really just got kind of thick and gooey, not really burnt. Let us know how it turned out! Later, chickies! |
Lisa: I am on the UWS too! I go to the same places as you. You know a Whole Foods is opening down on Columbus Circle in Feb., but it's a bit far for me to get with the baby...
I have used Fresh Direct a few times - have you tried it? Oh - and by the way, I am an attorney. Good luck with that bar review. Are you taking the February Bar? |
Whew! Back after a really late start this morning. Waiting for posts to load and then for the reply to post is so frustrating! It seems to take a minute but is really only 16-20 seconds but still!!!!! It adds up when you try to read every post.
It is really snowing right now but I still am going to try to get to rehearsal. I promise, if the driving is awful, I'll turn back when I get to the first crossroad - providing there are no vampire stakes there - or is it werewolves at crossroads? OK - who wants my last two tickets to The Vagina Monologues? Hershey's social worker co-workers just bought eight. Maybe they think Hersh is in it? I plan to get more on the weekend as I am amazed at how fast they are going. I hope we can fill the 740 seats for this worthy cause - The Assault Response and Care Centre. It seems most of the women in the area have heard of someone who has used it and some have used it themselves. We've come a long way, baby, but not far enough. Getting off the soapbox now! I'm going to try to do some magic with my curling iron now to practice a little glam. I put on foundation the other day, decided I looked yellow and washed it all off. And to think I used to do the full bit, including false eyelashes. First Beauty on The Beach tomorrow, please start up the chat. I may be sleeping in again - or else somewhere in a snowbank! |
Pinheads and fake eyelashes
Thanks franny - I can only imagine how the stock boy will look at me when I say - do you have any pinheads?
Ruth - I don't know if they have this in Canada. It is a powder foundation. Not liquid to powder. I get it from my makeup artist, the brand is Cosi. It's like $38/compact, but it's great, and really sheer. I hate the 'sticky' feeling of regular foundation, and feel that I'm suffocating under the liquid to powder stuff. (I used to water down liquid so it didn't seem so heavy). As for fake eyelashes, don't they look great! I wish I could wear them (I always feel like two butterflies have landed on my face). Now I use Lancome's Defencils which I think is the best mascara ever created. Franny - our snow keeps coming, so I bet Ohio gets some soon. My family is in Akron, and they had a huge ice storm. The best is snow on top of ice. I need to move to Texas! |
Well we Floridians are going to get some of your cold. Supposed to be in the 30's tonight and in some places the wind-chill will make it seem like 20's. by tomorrow night possible frost. I know, I know, nothing like you all are suffering up north. but we just aren't used to it. :D:
The cold is slowing improving, and of course back on Phase 1 to get rid of the extra cruise lbs. Ruth: Wish I was closer. I'd take a ticket. We are going to Clayton this summer, so maybe we could meet. Worth a thought or two. I am trying to get acquainted with all the newbies. so many since I was cruising. so forgive me if I don't speak to each of you separately. Glad you are all aboard, and having positive results. I like the steel cut oats too. I just like oatmeal. But the steelcut do stick to you ribs a bit more. And even better with a few dried cranberries, or chopped dried apricots. Did my Curves today and it was good to get back into the structured exercise. I walked the track on the ship when it wasn't too windy and I never took the elevators, always walked from Deck to Deck. Hard on the knees. LuckyRed: Congrats on completeing this phase of chemo. It sounds like you will be a 'poster girl' for your Dr. Wonderful. Ruth: Hope there isn't a snowdrift with your name on it. See you tomorrow. |
Hello everyone! I just wanted to poke my head in and say hi. I am really busy with doing paperwork, loan applications, etc. to get into school by April so I probably won't be in as often for a little while. I haven't lost any weight yet this week, but I know that plateus are a normal part of weight loss. The High Carb/Low Fat research they just posted on the main page kind of distresses me, does it distress anyone else? I haven't had a chance to catch up on the posts from the last couple days so forgive me if this issue has already been adressed! :)
|
Hey chickies just popping in to say good night. Great OP day today. I am hoping to get these dang scales moving again. I think that TOM is creeping up so that could also be the reason. Trying not to get discouraged. Well pleasant dreams to all.
|
BTW, thanks Anne and Jan for the encouragement. I have the most unbelievable headache right now - and I almost gave in and ate ice cream earlier. I'm really having carb withdrawal - I definitely don't feel well. I hope I get my energy back soon....
