I love Wendy's. You can have the chili, or the BLT salad, or if you are desperate, get the burger and lose the bun.

Well, you could eat at home first or later and let the rugrats eat whatever they want.

and pick out the least damaging item or items. Just a salad would be OK or the chili without cheese and a salad. Personally, I'd just avoid eating there. How about ordering in for them?

ok i am back. i got the grilled chicken w/ lett tom and onion...lost the bun and brought my own. lol!! and a chili. it was yummy and satisfying. thanks everyone! and thank you for the welcome! i transitioned over from atkins. have lost a total of 16lbs so far between both. on SBD for 2 weeks now.

My kids wanted Wendys last night, I got the chili..their chili is really good and I couldn't finish the large...I was already full. Mcdonalds has decent salads and they have Newmans Own LF vinegarette too.
