B. 2 coffee 2 boiled eggs and fake butter - again V 8 L. packed ready to eat at the Church sliced steak from the other night celery red pepper strips hummus - I'll breathe garlic on the rest of the crew! D. Planned Balsamic chicken - SBD eggplant and peppers - SBD yet another lettuce salad with LF Italian dressing No pre-dinner drink and no wine with dinner. I'm geting used to sf tonic with lime and soda water with a bit of sf cranberry drink (0 carbs) |
