My brother and his wife have lost weight on the SBD and I have lost 2 pounds since last week. The roasted vegetables are wonderful!
It's cold and damp here in Mississippi, but compared to what's going on where some of you live, we're having a heat wave. We were wearing sandals and shorts last week, then down to 14F. Yikes! Our usual seesaw weather.
