Recipes Please!

I've just posted my new Tuscan Beef and Bean Stew and re-posted the Protein Shake in the Recipe Section.

However, we have lost lots of real goodies in the darn crash.

We'd all appreciate it if folks who posted recipes in November and December could post them again. Be sure to note any tricks and also if it is Phase I or Phase II compatible.
