B: Canadian Bacon, String cheese, coffee, water S: diet pepsi, HB egg L: BIG salad, water D: steak & veggies, water S: Nuts, water |
Break: 2 egg patties (bought from Walmart - eggcelent!)
1 slice canadian bacon, coffee snack: string cheese, jello, water Lunch: Salad with chicken, diet soda snack: probably nothing, unless I'm hungry, which I'm usually not anymore YAY!!, will eat pistachios Dinner: Pork tenderloin, broccoli, water or tea Dessert: Choco mousse, or jello, but pro'ly choco mousse. |
Hi: couldn't post yesterday so will start with that.
Wed. B. B Bowl of very veggie soup and cheese stick S. Almonds L. two turkeyand cheese rollups, lemon jello S. cheese stick D. Very lean porkchop with saurkraut, green beans, 1'\2 small sweet potato ,salad and chocolate ricotta creme. S. one Blue Bunny icecream on a stick. Thursday. B. Wilted spinach and 1 green onion, and 1 egg plus 1/4 cup egg whites, with cheese omelette. S. no snack just water L. Bowl of very Veggie homemade soup cheese stick lemon jello sf ff. S. Almonds D. Turkey sausage with leftover saurkraut. turnip, salad, chocolate ricotta creme. And i drink as much water as I can. With meals and between too. |
Hello.. Here goes my menu for today.
B= Bacon, egg scramble s= String Cheese L= Home made Veggie soup. s= Salami Di= grilled chicken breast , asparugus My goal is to hopefully drink 5- 16.9oz of water. 2 down so far.. Cheers, Katiiz |
My schedule from working night shift is all messed up, I awakened at about 11am. After a cup of coffee and big glass of iced tea, I decided I had better have some breakfast? or lunch? brunch?
B/L: big Salad with ham, cheese and veggys S: 15 almonds S: slice of LF farmers cheese, SF fudgesickle D: chicken breast, summer (yellow) squash-with onions and garlic sauteed, small salad with cheese, ham and veggys Middle of the night at work: leftover "mock" lasagna (eggplant instead of pasta) |
Didn't get a chance to post yesterday. We ate dinner tonight at Ruby Tuesdays with their new low carb menu. It was good!
I haven't been eating snacks, I have a terrible cold and no tastebuds. I just forget. Wednesday: B Oatmeal L Reuben sandwich D Whole wheat pizza, light on cheese Thursday: B Uncle Sam flax cereal L Roast beef rollups D Steak, salad, broccoli and cauliflower |
