Today is better, thanks.

I"m a bit worried about the wine tasting event my hubby and I are attending tommorrow.
I"m going to eat a very carb healthy meal before and limit snacks to meat and cheese, and wine samples.

Jocaro.....
it will pass. your right tomorrow, just eat before your event, drink lots of water today and before your event. stick with samples, cheese and the leaner meats since the cheese will be higher in fat.

I love wine samples, just be more discerning about what is appealing to you or the samples that are different, just drink the ones that you want....you will be fine.
