Hi: couldn't post yesterday so will start with that.
Wed. B. B Bowl of very veggie soup and cheese stick
S. Almonds
L. two turkeyand cheese rollups, lemon jello
S. cheese stick
D. Very lean porkchop with saurkraut, green beans, 1'\2 small sweet potato ,salad and chocolate ricotta creme.
S. one Blue Bunny icecream on a stick.
Thursday.
B. Wilted spinach and 1 green onion, and 1 egg plus 1/4
cup egg whites, with cheese omelette.
S. no snack just water
L. Bowl of very Veggie homemade soup cheese stick lemon jello sf ff.
S. Almonds
D. Turkey sausage with leftover saurkraut. turnip, salad, chocolate ricotta creme.
And i drink as much water as I can. With meals and between too.
My schedule from working night shift is all messed up, I awakened at about 11am. After a cup of coffee and big glass of iced tea, I decided I had better have some breakfast? or lunch? brunch?
B/L: big Salad with ham, cheese and veggys
S: 15 almonds
S: slice of LF farmers cheese, SF fudgesickle
D: chicken breast, summer (yellow) squash-with onions and garlic sauteed, small salad with cheese, ham and veggys
Middle of the night at work: leftover "mock" lasagna (eggplant instead of pasta)
Didn't get a chance to post yesterday. We ate dinner tonight at Ruby Tuesdays with their new low carb menu. It was good!
I haven't been eating snacks, I have a terrible cold and no tastebuds. I just forget.
