Sounds good to me.

B: diced onions, mushrooms, spinach, bacon, and tomatoes sauteed in "acceptable" butter sub and then add 1/2 cup egg sub, dash of hot sauce and scramble everything. In the bowl I put a piece of canadian bacon, then the egg mix, and a slice of swiss cheese. Water

S: a cup of plain imitation crab -- I think it's called surimi? It's yummy finger food if you like that kind of stuff. Water

L: usually it's a big salad but today I have a bit of roasted chicken and some cauliflower -- see below for the recipe (leftovers from last night). Diet Coke

S: lately I haven't needed one but when I do it's a piece of string cheese. Water

D: diced avocado, cucumber, onion, and tomato with oil & vinegar (I get tired of all the lettuce sometimes). Then a piece of seasoned lean meat cooked on the grill with veggies. Water or sugarfree koolaid

S: tofu fudgsicle -- it curbs my chocolate and creamy kinds of cravings.

NOTE: I exercise every morning so I'm always starving -- that's why I eat a lot the first half of the day.

CAULIFLOWER RECIPE:
Take a head of cauliflower, remove the green leaves and cut out the core. After washing it place it in a 1 gal ziploc (leave it vented) and microwave at high for 12-15 minutes (until soft).
While that's cooking combine 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp finely diced onions, salt & pepper.
Remove cauliflower from bag and place on a plate and coat it with the mix. Then microwave for another 3 minutes at 70% (until cheese is melted well).
It's very yummy!!

Sflake...What an ingenious idea!!

I gained back a couple of pounds and have been stressing about how to jump start myself back OP. The incentive just wasn't there. And as we all know that is definitely a danger sign before the holidays!!!!!

Anyway, I read your menu, and realized what I must do....plan, plan, plan! So here goes for today:

B....Hard boiled egg, V-8, coffee.
S....SF/FF Yogurt w/5 pecans on top.
L....Mixed salad topped with LF shredded cheese.
S....String cheese and cucumber.
D....Baked chicken breast and steamed vegetables.
I drink water only, + my morning coffee.

Liz....the cauliflower sounds yummy. I will have to try that one as soon as I get to the store for ingredients!
Thanks, Sflake for starting this. Hope we can continue this for ideas for a while.

Liz
Be careful with the Surimi....out here it is very high in sugar, that could stall you in a heartbeat!!!

Starting P1 today, so this was inspiring.

B-HB Egg and V8 coffee
S-Cheesestick
L- grilled chicken and scoop of black beans
S-laugh cow cheese with celery
D - Don't know yet!!!
