Here's what I have: Trader Joe's Red Pepper Marinara. Contains all natural ingredients, olive oil. It's low fat. All the ingredients are allowable, but it does contain some sugar. Here are the stats: 50 cal., 8 g carbs, 3 g sugar.
Can I use it on Phase 1? About 3/4 cup on a serving of spaghetti squash and meatless meatballs.
If not, my plan is to use diced tomatoes and make a light sauce with a little olive oil and garlic and herbs. (But I think the red pepper sauce would be nicer.)
