Attitude Changes at the Beach DAILY Thursday

Changes come and go. Some are positive some negative. Think about your recent changes. Name the 5 words that reflect these changes in YOU. Which one is the best word that describes you NOW. What are the 5 negative words that still plague you? Which one is the worst word that you are really working on? I bet they have changed and are still changing. Write these words down and refer to them during October. Use them as affirmations. Put them on your mirror or refrigerator. Live up to them. Change the ones that need changing and leave the rest alone. As the Fall leaves change, you change with them. Have a great day and think about how far you have come and where you want to go. Hmm...5 words that reflect the changes in me? Tough one. I think I will have to give that some serious thought. The same for the negative words. Too early (or too late, in my case!) for such deep thinking! I am off to my sewing corner to see if I can get collars put on the shirts I am making. I can wheel in the TV and VCR and catch up on a favorite show! Now THAT'S my idea of multi-tasking! :smug: I hope you all have a great day filled with positive affirmations! |

1. Active (I am moving my butt) 2. Aware (of what I eat and why) 3. Confident (I can do this) 4. Determined (I will succeed) 5. Happy (Cuz I feel better that I am doing something for myself) Negative words = none as I refuse to give into negativity :D |
good morning chickies. Wow that is deep thinking for 9:30 in the morning. :hot: I am thinking can you tell.
1. positive- I am being more postive in my thinking. I can do this. I will be healthier. 2. control- I am in control of me and what I put in my mouth. I find that is diet ( livestyle change) has made me relise that I am the only one who can control my weight. That is all I can think of right now I will try to add more later. Have a wonderful day. I think my words are Choices, Confidence, Control, Careful, and Caring, (about myself) I agree about no negative ones. This is my late evening visit, once again. I'm not sure when I will get to do the a.m. check in. Life does get complicated and busy at times. But I do manage to get here one time or another, even if it is only to read. Have a great tomorrow.
