Hey! I'm looking for some people to be in this journey with. I'm going to start P1 on Monday, planning on spending the rest of this week meal planning and kitchen purging!
I was on this forum years ago(2012)i think. I don't know if anyone from back then is still around or not. I just remember this being an awesome support tool.

Hello, were you able to start phase 1?
I used to be active too but slowly the group went dead. im thinking on doing phase 1 and if you are up to it we can keep each other accountable.
