A Question or Two
I just bought the book today and read through most of it. I was looking at the Phase 1 food list and was just wondering where the new revised food list came from that is on this site? I plan to start this tomorrow and sure will keep checking in for support. Thanks. :)

GamerGirl, if I'm not mistaken, the new, revised Phase 1 and Phase 2 lists came from the Prevention website. I'd have to check to be sure, but I remember a post about this very subject! Hope this helps!

Is there an updated Phase 2 list? I saw the newer one for phase 1 but nothing new for phase 2.

Thanks for that info. I guess I was just wondering why that list wasn't in the book.
Started the SBD this a.m. and actually followed day 2 breakfast menu. If it says in Food To Avoid for phase 1, No dairy products.....why can yo use nonfat milk in coffee? Is it just because you use so little? Hope I won't drive everyone batty with all these questions. Plan to get out and walk this morning for exercise. Enjoy the day. |
What is different with the updated list? The list in the book and the prevention list look the dame to me. Am I missing something? Be nice...

The list that I got from the computer here and the one in the book are different. There are many more choices in the catagories. And I think (being new here) they are all for Phase1.
