I am redoing Phase I....

  • Yeppers indeed! After a terrible weekend of overeating, I have decided to stay on Phase I a bit longer. I started on Sunday and dh and I went walking for 1 1/2 miles and then later in the day I did a 60 minute video.

    On Monday I decided to get up early and do a 40 minute video. Then when I get to work-since I get here about an hour early anyways, I started walking for about 40-45 minutes.

    This morning I got on the scale since it was calling my name....guess what?? I lost 5 lbs since Sunday! I am soooo excited!



    Hopefully I can keep this up and keep on losin

    I think I'll start Phase I again, too. I'm just taking this seriously anymore...
  • Msgal-congrats! Try not to stay on phase 1 for too long....you're more likely to binge or stray if you start feeling really deprived!

    Ellis, phase 1, huh? I think I set a record for the number of times I started phase 1, but my heart just wasn't in it after the first go around. But I have settled quite nicely into phase 1.5 or so...I am very careful almost all of the time but make some room for an occasional phase 2 treat. Good luck, hun!

    Wow! What a turnaround. Keep it up. I think my lack of exercise is my downfall. I have to get with it so I can lose enough to keep myself motivated.

  • Congratulations on your 5 lb loss ms24gal!! What a fabulous start!!!! Sounds like you're doing great with your exercise too....good for you....that's something that I really struggle with.
