After a terrible weekend of overeating, I have decided to stay on Phase I a bit longer. I started on Sunday and dh and I went walking for 1 1/2 miles and then later in the day I did a 60 minute video. On Monday I decided to get up early and do a 40 minute video. Then when I get to work-since I get here about an hour early anyways, I started walking for about 40-45 minutes.

This morning I got on the scale since it was calling my name....guess what?? I lost 5 lbs since Sunday!
I am soooo excited! 

Hopefully I can keep this up and keep on losin
