Great stuff. I hope to heck the Canadian and American Diabetic assosciations read it and pay attention! They are still stuffing diabetics with carbs!

I agree. My dad is diabetic. He started SBD a few weeks ago. He also fell a couple weeks ago, and the cut on his leg isn't healing very well. His biggest fear is losing a leg. That happened to my diabetic grandpa. I'm so glad my dad (and I) found South Beach!!!!!!!
