**February Fitness Thread***
Will I didn't hit goal for minutes but I did exercise almost every day so that wasn't bad.
I am going for 1250 minutes since it is a shorter month. Minutes so far: 1055 minutes 1- 20 m Yoga 2- 20 m Yoga/ 50 m Walk 3- 30 m Yoga/ 20 m Walk 4- 30 m Yoga 5- 30 m Walk/ 15 m Yoga 6- 30 m Yoga/ 15 m Walk 7- 30 m Walk 8- 30 m Yoga/ 20 m Walk 9- 30 m Walk/ 15 m Walk 10- 15 m Walk 11- 25 m Yoga 12- 30 m Walk/ 15 m Walk 13- 25 m Yoga/ 15 m Walk 14- 30 m Walk 15- 30 m Yoga 16- 30 m Walk 17- 30 m Walk 18- 120 m Walk 19- 0 20- 30 m Yoga/ 15 m Walk 21- 35 m Walk 22- 25 m Yoga/ 15 m Walk 23- 25 m Cardio/ 15 m Walk 24- 25 m Yoga/ 30 m Walk 25- 0 26- 30 m Walk 27- 20 m Yoga 28- 40 m Walk |
I managed 5 workouts per week in January.
I want to maintain it in February. |
Only goal this month is to keep staying consistent. Won’t begin though until the 3rd.
