week 3 on beach, new to here
 

:?: that pretty much sums it up for the moment! I am new to this forum and hope to navigate it better after a while.

Hello, my name is Cammy and I am from Western, Ma(the forgotten side)

I have been on SBD for 3 1/2 weeks. The first 2 I lost 16 pounds. I was shocked to say the least. I am now afraid of what is going to happen since before this I had not known my weight for months. I had my mom take my weight down when I started SBD just so that I would have a starting point. Then after learning that I lost that much I was too happy.

I am the type of woman that loses some weight then gets cocky in myself. Not to others but in my thought: the "you can eat this-you lost 22 pounds now..."

I want to lose about 30 more pounds, and am hoping this will be just one more notch on my getting smaller belt :D

I know I became complacent after I had lost 25 pounds, even though I still had about 25 more to lose! But I am back on track now and have my eye on the prize! SBD has been a big help because it is hard to get bored with so many choices. This board has been a huge help, too!

So, post often and let us know how you are doing and we'll try to keep you on track!

Welcome Cammy. Western Ma is not the forgotten side. My DH and I will be heading there for the Big E in 2 weeks. Can't wait. Julie

thank you to all. I actually live about 15 minutes from the Big E...that is when it it NOT in session... :D I have not gone in years. Rats I just thought I have dentists appointments not to far from there in the next 2 weeks. Gotta remember to leave EXTRA-early.
