Join me if you would like to keep track of your exercise for the month of November. Didn't hit my goal for minutes in October let's see for November.

I’m here Pearlrose :) I managed 1118 minutes last month. So my goal this month is to keep up to you.
Going to post weekly as that worked for me last month.

Week 1: 11/1-11/7: 228 minutes
Week 2: 11/8-11/ 14: 219
Week 3: 11/15-11/20: 148
Week 4: 11/21-11/27 211
Last 3 days: 70 minutes

Only 876 minutes for the month. Three consecutive weeks of injections in my knee may have played a factor after all.
