I just had to share a major NSV with all my beach friends...I know you'll understand.

I have been taking picture of myself wearing nothing but a bra and panties since I started loosing weight and taking better care of myself. It was supposed to be monthly, but I fell off the wagon in April or so, and then started the SBD in June. So, the last pics I had were from April, but I was about the same size when I started SBD.

I just took new pics, and the difference is amazing! I took all the pics and made them into a "slide show" so they display one after another....January front view, February front view, and so on.

I just watched the silly thing and almost cried. I have lost a total of 9 inches off my bust, waist, tummy and hips since I started SBD! That, plus the 10.5 I lost from January to April has made a HUGE change in how I look.

Pounds lost is one thing...but when you can see the pictures and SEE the inches lost and a figure starting to emerge...It really does make it all worth while.

For now, these pics are strictly "my eyes only"...but maybe when I get to where I want to be I will post them. It still pains me to look at the "then" pictures, but I'm so glad I took them!

And even more glad that I found this forum! I love you guys!

Congrats Franny!!! Yes, the board would not be the same without you. You gave me a good idea to take pictures wearing a bra and panties. Right now all I have are regular pictures, but I can see a huge difference in my face. I am so glad for you!!!!

I was wondering the same thing, Ellis. I know my digital has a timer but..... Of course I'd have to stash the pics away somewhere safe in my PC and never EVER print them.

Franny that is SOOOOO fantastic. That's the important thing ... feeling better about yourself and you obviously do, and with good reason. How brave, taking those pictures ... I don't allow pictures of myself except for special occasions.
