B- egg muffins (not my favorite but I made some for DH)
L- Salad with deli turkey and a mozzerella ball
S- celery with cheese
D- tacobake topped with salsa, sour cream and a few whole grain chips
B-scramble egg with tomatoes, green onions, coffee with milk and cheese
S- banana with 5 peanuts
L- saute onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, baby spinach and grilled top round steak.
S- ate a little piece of homemade lemon cake and coffee (not SB)
D- steamed sugar snap peas, 5 peanuts, romaine lettuce and rotisserie chicken breast.
Today's
B- scramble with tomatoes and green onions, cheese stick, and coffee with milk.
S- protein shake with spinach
L- lentil stew with rotisserie chicken breast.
S- plain Greek yogurt with chia seeds and raspberries
D- same as yesterday's
Breakfast and lunch are pretty much the same for me.
Snack: Bean crackers with cheese
Dinner: homemade "chic parm"; coat raw chicken breasts with a mix of ground almonds and Parmesan cheese, then bake. Serve with NSA marinara and ww pasta
Snack: fiber one bar
