***February Exercise Thread***
Jekel you did great last month, also helped me stay motivated as well.
I am going to go for 1450 minutes again even though it is a short month. I'm with you again this month. I managed 1000 minutes official minutes of exercise. This month I am setting the following goals: exceed 1000 minutes and complete the 9 day Sufferlandia Challenge. It's an online cycling series. Thank you for motivating me last month, you rock!!!!
1 60 min indoor cycling 11.5 miles 2 15 minutes brisk walking 3 rest 4 60 min indoor cycling Day 1 Sufferfest 14 miles 5 120 min indoor cycling Day 2 Sufferfest 23 miles 6 50 min indoor cycling Day 3 Sufferfest 10 miles 15 mm yoga 7 60 min indoor cycling Day 4 Sufferfest 12 miles 8 30 min indoor cycling Day 5 Sufferfest (I bailed half way through just too tired) 9 1 hr shoveling (burned 385 calories) so I will be one day behind in Sufferfest 10 90 min indoor cycling 492 calories BOOM! Day 6 Sufferfest and the last half of Day 5 ( really proud of my effort today) 18 miles! 11 1 hr 15 minutes 15 miles Day 7 in the books and 470 calories burned! 12 1 hr 45 minutes 20 miles Day 8 492 calories burned plus 2 hours shoveling 13 2 hrs 5 minutes Day 9 complete!!!! 25 miles 608 calories burned (137 miles) 14 1 hr indoor cycling 11 miles 323 calories burned 15 & 16 rest 17 25 minutes indoor cycling 4 miles 18 30 min cardio (mixed) 19 50 minutes indoor cycling 10 miles 235 calories 20. 1 hr 30 min indoor cycling 20 miles 650 calories burned 21 1 hr 15 min indoor cycling 15 miles 420 calories burned 22 & 23 not feeling it 24 50 min indoor cycling 11 miles 331 calories burned 25 ate like DS and paid the price all night blah! 26 55 min indoor cycling 11 miles 322 calories burned |
Ok, it's 2 days in so not too late to join. I'm going for 750 minutes. (it's a short month this year ;-))
1: 25 minutes walking. 2: 20 minutes weights/10 min stretching 3- 35 minutes walking 4/5 0 6- 30 minutes shoveling 7- 60 minutes total (20 weights, 30 walking, 10 stretching) 8- 30 minutes walking 9- 30 minute low impact aerobics, 15 min stretching (I am trying to be more mindful of stretching; I don't think I do it enough and I know it will be increasingly important as I age) 10- 50 minutes (20 weights, 20 aerobics, 10 stretching) 11- (didn't I post this already?? must be losing my mind) nothing but cleaning! 12- 60 minutes- weights/aerobics/stretching 13- 35 minutes brisk walking 14- 25 min aerobics + stretching 15- 35 minutes walking 16- 45 minutes (weights, aerobics)17- 18- 19- 45 minutes (weights + aerobics) 20- 21-(cleaning out my parents' house....) 22- 45 minutes walking 23- 35 minutes walking 24-nope 25- 50 minutes (weights/aerobics/stretch) 26- 45 min walking 27- 50 min (weights/aerobics/stretch) 28- 30 min walking |
