Rose, they did an ultra sound, had a consult, did x-rays and now I wait for them to send a report to Dr Jack. Then we'll decide if I will do physio - a good healthcare system here but very slow reactions.

Just dug out some Christmas things so I'm gearing up. When Michelle gets here, I'll tackle the quilt finishing and the financial report for Monday's quilting biddies. When I find the Scotch tape, I'll do gift wrapping. I guess I can't blame the disappearing tape on the kids anymore!

It was another dreary day but with the temperatures continuing to be above freezing our snow is about gone. That is good because it means DH and I may be able to do outside lights this weekend and wrap our dwarf Alberta spruce. They always seems to end up with wind burn.

Pearlrose, sounds like DD has had a tough time but hopefully the treatment will clear things up.

Ruth, one of these days you will have to send Michelle south of the border! Hope is your shoulder feeling?

Debbie, you seem to juggle the chaos well. We could all learn from you.

Can't believe it is Friday tomorrow; the week has flown by!

This week flew by, woke up to a frosty land, we might get snow on Sunday that will be the first of the year for us. Today is wfh for me though I have multiple conference calls throughout the day.

Sheesh! I forgot Rabbit Rabbit yesterday. Thanks, Rose and Beth! Nice to know a Brit custom is now south of the border.

Had another day of accomplishments yesterday and Michelle has my house just sparkling. She gently suggested it might be time to get the Christmas lights put up although it doesn't feel right now that the snow is gone. (She noticed I'd hauled out my Christmas doormats and quilts when she cleaned he upstairs bath.) Our ground is not frozen yet and I was able to snip some parsley yesterday. The fall wreath is down and I did find the Christmas ones. Today may be the day!

Debbie, I hope your yesterday was better than the 30th. Seems like you are handling a lot of reins this time of the year.

Jennifer, thinking of you a lot - every time I watch the news. be safe, Girlie!

Hmmm - maybe I should dash into town and get those boot trays since we are expecting snow next week. On the other hand, tomorrow would do.

Hello!

No sooner did I finish paying my bills thinking it was time for a break but mom called and she would rather have me come get her from the luncheon she was at. I finally came out of denial that I would just dust the house once when this road project finished. It is nowhere near finished and fine layer of dirt/dust everywhere. I vacuumed and cleaned stairs, dusted around and took stuff off piano to make it easier to clean. Stuff can come out post project.

I'm going to retrieve mom then vegetate!
