Good morning, chicks. Either everyone is sleeping in or already busy. I have some laundry going but then am hoping to get outside and enjoy the sunny fall day. We will be buried under s*#@ soon enough. I should probably finish cleaning out the garden also...

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning,

I slept until 7 a.m. this morning felt great and I also went to bed early last night. I did most of my house cleaning yesterday so this weekend just need to do touch ups over the weekend. Today have several activities so have to decide what we are going to do, they all involve being outside and enjoying the weather.

Beth hope you get to enjoy the sunny day today.

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning. Book Club up the Hill was fun and didn't end until midnight. My dear neighbours woke me at five saying goodbye to their drunken guests. I pottied and fed the dogs and went back to bed until nine! I made a list and am planning a trip to town - not to the Mall but to downtown Brockville so I can get in some walking and enjoy the weather. This afternoon I plan to be home and caching up on things in my sewingroom - even some ironing.

Hello!

Thanks for getting us started, Beth!

We traveled back to Idaho Springs early this morning. I can't believe it's the middle of October. We got some stuff done in the yard and took some naps today. Back to work tomorrow so I am headed to bed early. It was a beautiful day almost too hot for working outside. That will change. LOL I did some grocery shopping for my mom. Tried to talk her into coming with us next week is going to stay put.

Good morning from damp and dreary Delta. No frost last night but the house was cold this morning.

Yesterday did not go according to plan. I had a continuous stream of drop-ins from 11 a.m. until 5, starting with Liz for coffee and chat about Book Club, Joanne to once again start the stove, Steve who showed up and finally fixed it and Heather by 5 to ask why Steve was here so long! Not much of anything was accomplished but it was an enjoyable day.

Nope, still have not done those pants for the wedding at month end and today MUST be the day to get them ready for hand hemming. It's also laundry day and meal planning day. Those poor plants are still languishing in my car! A busy week ahead with medical stuff, village events, a dinner at the town all, Karen's moving day Saturday and Liz's dog Milo here for a long weekend. It'll be early bed tonight for sure!

I'm not sure if I need a thumb in the bum or a carrot on a stick to get back on track. Maybe both

Good morning, chicks.

Ruth, good to know you don't have an opportunity to get lonely! Lock the door and pull the shades today so you can hide and work on your pants.

Debbie, we are also having warm weather but I know it won't last. Hope work goes well today.

Pearlrose, what did you end up doing yesterday?

Jennifer, working today or a day off?

Yesterday I managed some niggles, a walk and a drive to admire the leaves. The color is awesome and seems to be lasting a long time. Today needs to be groceries, laundry and meal planning/prep

Good morning,

It is definitely warmer here so will need to find something lighter to wear for today as we are in the mid 80's definitely no chill in the air but as everyone else mentioned it will only last for a few days. Yesterday ended up being busy, we went to open house for Firefighters/EMS as DD1 is on EMS then after she was done with her oncall at 3 p.m. we went to a farm and picked apples and pumpkins, we had fun and then did a grocery run before we were done with the day. Today we are going to flea market at the fairgrounds a few towns over.

Ruth glad they got the stove pilot light going for you, sounds like you have a busy week ahead of you.

Beth the leaves have not really turned here yet, though they are dropping off, enjoy your day

Jekel hope today is a day off for you

Debbie have a great day
