I've been like TwoDog lately ... not so much off plan as too much on plan food ... am not weighing til Sunday (I'm such a coward) ... plus I'm on vacation next week (when kid goes back to school, empty house Whoooooooo!!!) and I'll need more help to stay on track ... at work I have structure but home alone for a week (ahhhhh) ...

Ellis sweetie, what's up with the bridge mix ??? Did I see that on the daily post too??? What the heck, maybe you just needed a box of bridge mix; we could all use a box of bridge mix every once in a while ... (but maybe talking a nice long walk would alleviate the depression??? works for me)...
