It's Been Far TOO Long
Hi Everyone. It's been about 7 years since I was last on here (can't believe I remembered my username and password) Anyway, I had lost over 100 pounds but a lot has happened since then. Got married, moved my mom in with us, bought a new house, moved, adopted a puppy and started a business. Needless to say my weight loss and maintenance took a back seat to everything else. I started phase 1 two weeks ago and have lost 13 pounds so far. It feels good to get back to focusing on being healthy.
