Fruits
In Phase 2 on South Beach you can add the following fruits:
apples, blueberries, cantaloupe, grapefruit, grapes, mangoes, oranges, and peaches. What are the serving sizes? For apples, oranges and peaches I would assume one medium size. What about blueberries, cantaloupe, grapes? Cantaloupe is especially good this time of the year....can I eat 1/2? 1/4? a cup of cut up pieces? Any help greatly appreciated. |
20 grapes is a WW serving so I'd assume it's the same. Berries are usually 1/2 cup and canteloupe would be ¼ to ½ depending on size. (Try the canteloupe with a bit of chopped fresh ginger mixed with Splenda!)
