I bought an ice cream maker when I was on Atkins but never got around to using it. Do you know if there are recipes we can use to make ice cream on SB?
What should I be watching for in recipes that would make it bad? I would think I could use sugar free syrups and Splenda.

The ricotta creme recipes would probably work for SB but you'd have to thin them with pateurized egg white or some other liquid. Let us know how it turns out.
