Question Fitday Questions

First of all what a great site it is, thanks to whomever mentioned it. (I can't remember who)

What is NFS? & NS?

Do you find most of the foods you eat are in there?

Do you add alot of custom foods? it looks like I'm going to have to.

what do you think is the calorie amount we should be striving for to lose weight? I realize too little is no good and too much is also bad. Where is the happy medium?

Thanks in advance

From what I hear... we should keep calories between 1000-1500....I am using fit day, and I am enjoying it. It really helps me be real by keeping my carbs in order...

Yesterday I was going to splurge a bit and take hubby out to his favories gyro place...its called Doner Haus...so yummy. I thought this would be perfect, low carb meal...they use pita for the bread and the rest is all on Phase I good things....well..I plugged the puppy into fit day and my carb count went thru the roof. So I decided that I will hold off on that place after I have well adjusted to phase II.

NFS? & NS? Dont know, but they put this down when they dont add up the other ingredients, or when they dont know all the ingredients...??? good question...

hth (hope this helps!)

Sflake, I always translated it as Not For Sure! I will try to find out what it really means for you.
