*****Springtime Exercise Challenge- April****
Time to get your exercise goals in for April. The weather is so nice that it will motivate me to do more outside.
I didn't hit my target for March but was very close. Count me in and thanks for starting the thread. I exceeded my mileage goal by over 60 miles. With May right around the corner, I am aiming for 250 miles.

I'm going about this a different way.
I'm going to aim for 2 sessions of weights (usually 20-25 minutes), 4 cardio, and 2 sessions of yoga. The yoga is new for me, but I think the stretching/flexibility is going to be important as I get older. |
I will try a workout everyday, 30 min approx. I have a bunch of videos i will use, these include cardio and weight training. Time to get in shape for the summer!

I plan to do a one hour session at the gym three mornings per week - treadmill, machines, weights, etc.

Good thing I joined this thread yesterday! I sure don't feel like hitting the gym this morning but I will!

I'm starting a little late but as of April 8th my exercise goal is to reach 8,000 steps on my Garmin each day - it will be a challenge since I've only met that amount of steps once so far in April. ;-)
