Springing into March - Weight Loss Targets

It's the month of Bailey's Irish Cream in coffee, chocolate bunnies, peeps and those pretty pastel Cadbury eggs, corned beef and Easter ham. I am determined to finally get back on track by losing four pounds in March. (That's a pound a week - doable?)
