I first heard of this last week on the news. I am so disappointed!

Well, none of us on here actually recommended the diet you can get in the grocery store anyways, and it sounds like it will probably get worse.

The big problem is, they'll advertise it heavily, and give SBD a bad name. Whenever anyone poo-poos it online when I mention it, I have to add that it's just healthy eating, it's a "good carb" diet. They're going to change it so that everyone thinks it's just another nutri-system, atkins, and some other of those home order diets.

We know the truth! (we just have to guide them here!)

I do not buy any South beach products at the store as it is now, and your right Tywnn we just have to educate when asked about it.
