***October Fall Exercise Thread***
 
Time for the start of our fall exercise thread. For me this means moving my work out indoors and doing a variety of exercises to keep it interesting. I did not hit my target last month but I am still aiming high and going to try and hit this month.

Goal: 1400 minutes

My goal for the month is:
to get back up to 10,000 steps a day with my fitbit
get 15 min a day with hand weights

I'm here Pearlrose :) a little late, but ready to keep moving again this month. I'm going for 150 miles this month.

5 50 min indoor cycling 10 miles
