It's working! It's working!

I could just jump for joy... after hovering at around the same weight for over a week, my scale suddenly dropped 3 pounds overnight! I weighed myself twice, just to be sure. My body fat has been showing a 1% drop for the past week, and now the numbers are catching up. I love South Beach!
