On Plan for August 3-9
Holy smokes. Work has gotten so busy that I'm having a hard time keeping up with this daily. But it really helps me, and I got very derailed at the end of last week, so I must re-focus.

L: Salad with chicken, mixed veggies, feta, balsamic vinegar, and a spritz of EVOO. S: Panera bread salads (kale caesar and med quinoa) and a cup of lemon chicken orzo soup. Sn: 1/4 cup rhubarb frozen custard |
