**August Exercise Challenge Thread**
Did not see a thread started yet for August exercise so starting one up.

I definitely met goal last month but this was because the last week of the month, I was walking 10 miles a day.
I am going to go for 1300 minutes for August Goal: 1300 minutes Minutes so far: 1155 minutes 1- Travel 2- 30 m Walk 3- 35 m Interval Walk 4- 35 m Weights/Sculpting 5- 35 m Walk 6- 30 m Weights/Sculpting 7- 45 m Walk 8- 0 9- 30 m Walk 10- 30 m Walk 11- 35 m Weights/Sculpting 12- 45 m Walk 13- 35 m Weights/Sculpting 14- 45 m Walk 15- 300 m Yard work 16- 0 17- 45 m Walk 18- 35 m Weights/Sculpting 19- 15 m Walk 20- 35 m Weights/Sculpting/ 15 m Walk 21- 25 m Walk 22- 0 23- 0 24- 35 m Walk/job 25- 35 m Weights/Sculpting 26- 30 m Walk 27- 35 m Weights/Sculpting 28- 45 m Walk 29- 30 m Cardio 30- 0 31- 45 m Walk |
Thanks Pearlrose for starting the thread. I will do better this month. That is my only goal.
