Just ordered my book
 

Thought i would finally just order the book and read it before making my decision.
When im being good im doing something similar to stage 3 anyway so why not do the first two stages to lay the foundations?

Hopefully my book will arrive by wed. ive made changes to my diet previously to choose more wholegrain and whole foods so maybe it wont be too hard to do this.

Good luck! Reading the book will certainly give you an insight as to the mechanics of how South Beach works. I love this way of eating and will stick with that for life. I still go back through the book every once in a while just to remind myself.

Good luck! This is a very live-able diet plan to follow, and is the only one I have seen so far that I can actually see myself following as a lifestyle.

Hope you enjoy the book, it is a good read, and there are some awesome recipes at the back!
