Food for first day of phase 1

  • Okay Monday was the first day and i did good I think?

    Bfast- 2 eggs,mushrooms and slice of red. fat cheese

    snack- reduced fat cheese(3 or 4 slices)

    Lunch- 6 slices of fat free turkey sandwich meat and 4 slices of red fat cheese

    snack- 4 egg whites,string cheese and peice of sugar free candy

    dinner- steak,2 helpings of butter beans and green beans

    dessert- 1 cup ricotta,sugar free chocolate syrup,vanilla,cocoa powder and pkt of splenda

    So how am i doing,am i overeating on the cheese or veggies! i am trying to keep myself from being hungry
  • You're doing great.Just be careful of having too much cheese and don't forget to drink lots of water. Keep it up
  • Too much cheese can bind you and make your life miserable.
