Hi Ladies. I have to say U ladies seem like a RIOT. I have been noseing through the posts, and U all such AMAZING personalities. So i was wondering If I could join y'all.

My name is Missy, and stumpled upon this site a while back. I post mainly on the PCOS/IR. I recently had a frined tell me abt the South Beach diet, and I decided this Diet was more my speed. I've tried all the others. Atkins ( can only eat so much meat, and when u are not a meat eater persay, it can be ruff). I tried WW, and the progess was so slow that I gave up on that.
Even a few diet pills

So I have reaserched this one, and feel like this one could be for me

I could really use some support. I will begin my Induction phase on Moday. I went SHOPPING today

Some Info abt me

My name is Missy and I have PCOS/IR. I have been married to Chris for 14 yrs. I will be 33 in September, and DH will be 34 in October.
I have 2 gorgeous girls. Kristen is 9 yrs old & Madison turned 1 on June 13th. I DID NOT plan this age gap for my girls. Due to PCOS and Infertility it just sort of happened that way.

WELCOME!

We all start on the Beach a little nervous, a little afraid of failing, BUT, on this healthy Beach you won't. We are here to support you, answer questions, give tips and allow you all the sand to play and just be happy. Keep a food/feeling journal to help you understand you, your triggers and your outlook. This is a WOE that brings you a new WOL.
