What about those headaches?
 

I just saw someone mention THE HEADACHE...I've been suffering from HA's for about 3-4 days (this is my 5th day on SB) mostly in the morning and in the evening. What's the deal with that? My hunger today seems to have subsided, at least for now. Thanks everyone for your encouragement yesterday. I have another tough weekend coming up. We are going to the lake this weekend with friends -- you know boating and all the evils that go along with that...I told them I would not be drinking and they were all supportive of that, but I don't know if I can manage my OWN temptations. :devil: :devil: :devil: :devil: Well, happy Friday everyone!

Your headaches should be coming to an end! Not many complaints of them after the first week-so hold tight! Weekends seem to pose a problem for so many of us. he "social scene" unfortunately means lots to eat and drink. Make sure you pack yourself lots of Phase I goodies! Remember you can eat till satisfied so don't allow hunger to get in there. Cheese sticks, nice salads and lots of water! In a couple of weeks you'll be able to have a wine cooler
( red wine and soda water) but for now just try and stay "legal". If it happens - it happens--just get back at it after it's over! Good Luck!

Someone mentioned taking Potassium. I went down and got some suppliments. I haven't had a headache since I started taking it. It helps with leg cramps too, if anyone is having those.

My headaches lasted 2 days and once the "sugar" is gone from your system they WILL go away as well.
