:rollpin: I shouldn't have tried to start yet. I fly to Chicago Saturday to help my daughter drive back to Oregon so she doesn't have to drive alone, she's not sure her car won't break down. It's not safe nowdays for a 21 yr old girl to be on the road for three days by herself. Three days on the road will be hard to try dieting. Maybe next week will be easier and less stressful. Angeldove...traveling can be tough to master...I am still working on it! Just consider this a "practice run" and check menus for Beach friendly foods! Then when you are working the program you will have an idea of the challenges and how to overcome them!
