If so, what brands? I have the sf/ff fudge sicles, but I need a change ...

I figured -- it cant be really that bad, compared to ricotta deserts, cream cheese deserts, or any other cute things we've whipped together, as far as cals,fat, and carbs go ....

Does this make sense?
Any suggestions?

In a total emergency I eat Edy's no-sugar-added ice cream. It's very good and can stave off the binge monster.

However I am trying to grab a protein snack when the urge hits me. Sometimes that just won't do it though, does it?

Right now I am enjoying SF popsicles!
