First of all I'd like to thank everyone for the nice welcome back. :)

It's been 12 days since I last posted and I am happy to report that I have lost 5 lbs! Onward and downward!

Congratulations!!! I love that kickstart to weightloss goals we get from phase 1! Keep sticking with it! I'm on day 8 and just hoping I suddenly start liking veggies.
