I just wanted to let you know I will be out of town for a week or so. We have a house in Gold Beach and I need to paint it before I head back to work.
I was tired of eggs by day 3! The key is protein and lots of it on Phase I. My first Phase II breakfast was Kashi cereal. I tend to eat the cereal more than eggs now but I find I get hungry sooner. Need to work on that. See how you do with the fruit in the am-I would love to have my oj back but instead I have fruit smoothie in the afternoon. Lots of people tweak the guidelines to suit their needs.

Enjoy the beach. I love Kashi cereal. If you go off the hill you will find it a lot cheaper at Walmart (and don't forget to buy your gas ). I am leaving on Saturday for a week. The kids and I are flying to LA. I am hoping my cousin finally got my mom online so I can keep up with everyone.
